As a Business Development Consultant and Strategist since 2012, I’ve worked closely with hundreds of practices, translating data into action, aligning teams with purpose, and helping dentists achieve their goals without burnout. I specialize in practice assessments, strategic planning, team facilitation, and ROI-focused marketing, always with an eye on growth and sustainability.

Before consulting, I served as an Office Manager for over 12 years in high-performing practices, mastering everything from KPIs and treatment planning to insurance navigation and team development. I understand the inner workings of a dental office because I’ve lived them — and I bring that real-world perspective into every client relationship.
